Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- Room rates are based on single or double occupancy, include taxes and are in
Canadian dollars.
- Prices include a hearty hot breakfast served between 7:30 am and 9:30 am. Please let us know
of any special dietary concerns in advance, by e-mail.
- Check-in time: normally between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm unless alternative arrangements are made.
- Check-out time: 11:00 am.
- A non-refundable* (see below) deposit of one night's stay or 50% of the total booking (whichever is
greater) is required to confirm a reservation.
*The deposit (less a $25 processing fee) is refundable only if notice of cancellation is received by
e-mail two weeks (14 days) prior to the booking date.
- No refunds for early departures.
- Visa, Master Card, Interac Direct Payment, and cash are accepted.
Please note our "House Rules"
- Our house is not child-proofed and is adult oriented; not suitable for children under 10.
- No smoking in the house.
- No shoes in the house. We have soft comfy carpets everywhere.
- Sorry but no pets... for the same reason as the "shoes rule."
Liability Clause
The owners cannot be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any
theft, accident, injury, death, damage, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising from the negligence of the owners,
and the guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
